Upon arrival to Riga airport you will be transferred to your hotel and then have free time to enjoy Riga old town on your own. The city’s inimitable visage is formed by the largely intact medieval architecture of Riga’s Old Town and the richness of Art Noveau architecture. Start your acquaintance with this UNESCO World Heritage site by having a relaxed stroll along narrow streets, past colourful buildings and majestic Gothic cathedrals.

Leave the busy Latvian capital and cycle to the serene get away destination and seaside resort of Jurmala. Cycle on hard packed white sand along the Baltic shore, feel the fresh sea breeze mixed with a sweet smell of pine forest, continue in the town and discover its distinctive architecture of fancy Art Nouveau and national romanticism in wooden houses built in the late 19th – early 20th century. When you feel like going back to the hotel, take a local train to Riga.

Continue by taking a ferry from Klaipeda to Juodkrante village on the Curonian Spit.
Tonight you can start exploring this UNESCO Heritage site and the most carefully conserved area in Lithuania. Explore the picturesque surroundings of Juodkrante, one of the oldest settlements on the Curonian Spit, with its Amber Bay, Sculpture Park and the Hill of Witches – an open-air museum of woodcarvings. Enter the world of witches and demons based on Curonian folk tales.

Continue exploring the Curonian Spit. You will be amazed how different landscapes can change while cycling on a trail through sunny pine forests, lagoons, dunes and picturesque fisherman villages that nowadays are transformed into cozy sea resorts. Make a stop to see a colony of cormorants and climb North Europe’s highest dunes, where you can see a panoramic view of both the Baltic Sea and the Curonian Lagoon.
Finish the day in Nida, the biggest resort on the Curonian Spit, by biking past colourful cottages, visit the amber gallery and Thomas Mann house located here.

This morning its time to leave the Curonian Spit and take a ferry to another picturesque part of the Lithuanian seaside, located on the opposite side of the Curonian Lagoon. On the ferry enjoy wonderful views of the Curonian Lagoon and the Curonian Spit with its shining white dunes, dense forest and charming villages.
Start cycling along the Minija river towards Vente Cape peninsula – special for the observation of bird migrations and breathtaking views of the lagoon. Make a stop to visit the local Ornithological Station, make photos of a romantic sight – a lighthouse of the 19th century and charming fishing villages.
Stop for lunch in one of the charming fishermen villages to taste local smoked fish and beer. In the afternoon say good-bye to the Lithuanian seaside and be transferred to Klaipeda to take a public bus back to Riga.
